Using BlackMirror

BlackMirror provides real-time AI face swapping for live streaming. By creating an account you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

What you may not do

You may not use BlackMirror to impersonate a real person in a way intended to deceive, to create content depicting anyone without their consent, to produce sexual content involving any real person, or to harass, defame, or defraud anyone.

You may not use the service for anything illegal in your jurisdiction, and you may not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the service.

Reference images

You are responsible for the images you upload. By uploading a reference image you confirm you have the right to use it and that doing so does not infringe anyone's rights.

Streaming time and billing

Streaming time is purchased with Kaspa and spent per second of streaming. Unused time does not expire. Prices are pegged to USD, and the exact Kaspa amount is locked at the moment you select a package.

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. We cannot refund a confirmed payment, but if your streaming time is not credited after a confirmed transaction, contact us and we will resolve it.

If a payment is not received before its window expires, the payment is marked failed and no time is credited. Any funds sent after expiry should be reported to us so they can be credited manually.

Your stream URL

Your stream URL is yours to share as you choose. You are responsible for who you share it with and for anything broadcast through it.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. AI capacity is finite and streams may be refused during peak demand. We are not liable for revenue lost to downtime.

Suspension

We may disable an account that breaks these terms. Where an account is disabled for a breach, unused streaming time is forfeited.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
